Lawn Care

Ongoing care matched to your turf — warm-season Bermuda and Zoysia, or fescue.

Intended for

Lawns that need steady, seasonal attention — not a one-time fix.

Turf types we care for

  • Warm-season — Bermuda and Zoysia, with their own season and growth habit
  • Fescue — cool-season turf with different needs through Atlanta's summers

Our approach

Matched to the grass

Bermuda, Zoysia, and fescue don't behave the same way. We assess which grass you have and how it's faring, then match a care program to that turf — its season, its density, and the stress it's under.

Care is ongoing. We maintain the lawn through the seasons and adjust as conditions change, rather than applying the same fixed schedule to every yard.

Lawn care questions

Do you treat warm-season and fescue lawns differently?
Yes. Bermuda and Zoysia are warm-season grasses; fescue is cool-season. Each has its own season and needs, so the program is matched to the turf.
Is lawn care a fixed schedule?
No. We assess the condition of your turf first and maintain it through the seasons, adjusting as the grass and the weather change.
Will I need top dressing or aeration too?
Maybe, maybe not. Those are separate services we recommend only where the turf calls for them.
How do we start?
With an on-site assessment of the turf. Request a consultation and we'll take it from there.
